The Party "Rus" (Ukrainian and Russian: Русь) is a political party in Ukraine registered in 1998 as Rus'-Ukrainian Union (Ukrainian: Русько-Український Союз, Russian: Русско-Украинский союз).[1]
During the Ukrainian parliamentary election, 2002 the party as Rus'-Ukrainian Union was part of the Russian Bloc (Ukrainian: Русский блок) that got 0.73% of the votes and no seats. At the legislative elections of 26 March 2006, the party was part of the People's Opposition Bloc of Natalia Vitrenko. The party did not participate in the Ukrainian parliamentary election, 2007. In August 2009 party was renamed Party "Rus".
